Good Morning Gang, it's not too bad in this part of The Hollow this morning. We're at 44f/7c with lots of sunshine. Over at The Pond this morning they brought out Enchanted Katya and the Mystery of the Lost Wizard. I downloaded the demo from The Hollow last week but haven't tried it yet. The free GameHouse game is Hyperballoid, a brick buster that looks a lot like the old Ricochet Series. Here in The Hollow we have Astro Avenger II.
A hostile alien fleet threatens the future of humankind in Astro Avenger 2. The stunning sequel to the classic arcade shooter game pits you against the aliens in a ferocious battle to the death. Pilot your ship through enormous galaxies and futuristic, 3-D levels to find all the pieces of the secret weapon. Collect plazma and trade it for new weapons. Will you be the one who saves the human race when you play Astro Avenger 2?
A shooter game that may be interesting but I will never know. I won't be trying this one. Now that the WD3 challenge is over I took a few minutes last night and finished DD2. I had bought it for the kids a couple of years ago and have been playing at it once in a while. After our recent challenges it sure seemed easy. I started DTT last night and I'm with you Steeler, I wish somebody would post their level scores so I can see how far off I am. Come on Pinky, cough them up. lol I tried 3 Cards to Midnight the other night. It's pretty good. Even though it's classified as a HOG it is as much (if not more) a word game. It's worth checking out if you like either genre. I have a couple credits building up over at RA so I will probably end up getting it. Tonight it looks like I need to get more serious on DTT. Does anybody know when the Challenge officially ends? Did it start when the game was released for PP members or when it was released to the general public? I may try the Katya demo to help break things up. I've heard there is quite a lagging problem so I'm not sure how much of it I'll play. Not much else going on out there, so as usual, whatever part of The Hollow you're in, I hope you have a great one.
