Alevy was kind enough to answer a few questions for me after her victory in the Great Chocolate Chase Challenge.

How long have you been playing video games?

a)  Including arcade games, probably about 25 years. I chose my elementary school boyfriend because he had an Atari & I didn't.

What game got you 'hooked' on video games?

a)  PC game? Theme Hospital. Casual Game? Chuzzle.

What's your favorite TM game?

a)*mumbles Great Chocolate Chase* LOL Seriously, it's the only TM I can replay again & again. Don't know why.

Other than TM games, what types of games do you enjoy?

a) Tycoon & Simulation games, especially large file adventures like Nancy Drew or Agatha Christie.

What was the most challenging level for you?

a) 57 & 59 were both pretty tough.

How much time will you spend on a level to get the score you want?

Until I just can't take it anymore! Seriously, I don't keep track, but probably an hour is the longest I can take on the same level. Unless I'm just not improving at all. Then I quit after 4 or 5 tries.

When making chocolates did you keep an 'assembly line' going for the customers?

Absolutely I did.

Did you change your strategy for Lybia, if so how?

a) In previous levels, I would completely make chocolates but not deliver them until I had 5 or 6 people so I could chain menus. When chocolates start melting in Lybia, I couldn't do that; I could only get the mix & machine ready. It made it much harder to get those orders out before customers left.

What general tips do you have for beating The Great Chocolate Chase?

a)Chain, chain, chain like a fool! Don't get excited & hand out chocolates as soon as a customer orders. Wait until a few more pop in. If you accidentally wait too long & someone leaves, you can always restart the level.
The exception to the chain rule: If there are 10 seconds left & there's money on the counter, grab it so you can get a few more customers in.
Also, if you get stuck on a level, go back & play the previous levels in the same location. You get to take most upgrades you've purchased back with you, so chances are you will improve your score. With the improved score, you can purchase more upgrades, which should make the level easier to pass.

Thanks Alevy and congrats on a fantastic score.
