What happened? BFG has always been extremely attentive to me as a customer. (Although the last time I needed service was at least 18 months ago.)

Two weeks later.....

Two more weeks later....

Two weeks after that...

BFG: Sorry they havent responded to you. I dont know what those guys are doing over there. Unfortunately I am unable to help you. You need to contact the Affiliate Customer Service.
HH: I have tried multiple times.
BFG: If you continue to email from the same email, it will escalate your issue for faster service. Sorry I can't help you.

Two weeks later...

HH: Seriously???? *scratches head* When was it resolved??!! I would appreciate a response as I haven't received one and am considering deleting my affiliate account.

One week later...
BFG: Thank you for your reply. Here's a free game coupon. Enjoy!

HH: No thanks. I am deleting BFG. Grrrrrr...... *hits Smite Button*

I use to really like  BF they usually put out a fair amount of games like TM, HOG , and larger file games which I do enjoy for a long game that wont end in a hour or so.

But, lately its been HOG heaven over there and although I do like playing HOG's when Im in the mood I just dont buy them because I dont think there is alot of replay value in them .

My yearly is up with them March 20th and it will be bye bye BF.  Im just not satisfied with the games anymore.

Are there actually any news time management games out that are available elsewhere? I haven't seen many new TM games lately. I think that might be the real issue.

I'm actually considering canceling my membership with them.  Seems like PF is releasing the same games now and almost at the same time.  I'd almost rather give them my money even though it's a bit more.
