Steadfast Mutes (weekly Catchphrase Answer)

As steadfast mutes, we utter not a sound,
Yet in our silence speak the words of God;
With steady stance we lightly touch the ground,
My twin and I, like peas that share a pod.
And though I seem to be the same as him,
Some diff'rences the watchful will divine;
His face, though lovely to be sure, is dim,
When placed beside the brilliant cheer of mine.
Though I'm the lesser one - I must admit -
I say with kind and brotherly affection,
He is my perfect mirrored opposite,
A haunting, strange, ephemeral reflection.
I wonder, can you solve the mystery
Of who or what my twin and I might be?

Ephemeral things (from Greek - ephemeros, literally "lasting only one day") are transitory, existing only briefly. Typically the term is used to describe objects found in nature, although it can describe a wide range of things.

Solution: A DOUBLE RAINBOW

Rainbows are silent.
In Genesis (the Bible) God uses a rainbow to make a promise to Noah.
The second rainbow is always more dim than the first.
The first rainbow is smaller than the second.
The colors of the second are in reverse order.

If you put sun and moon you got it kinda right  lol  It really can't apply to Moon and Sun well it could but if you analyze the poem..it states HE ..Sun is usually classified as Ra' (HE)...Moon as Luna(She)..Lovers separated..not brother or sister...I know complex thinking involved sorry.
