Joeswife was kind enough to answer a few questions for me after her recent battle with the infamous Lady GaGa.
What was the first TM game you played? a. When I actually joined the 21st century and got a computer last summer, it came with Hp Games from Wild Tanget. Wedding Dash 2 was the first game I discovered there. I loved it and immediately became hooked on TM games.
What is you favorite TM game? a. WD2 will always be my favorite I think. I love the characters, locations, graphics, and challenging gameplay so much.
What other types of computer games do you enjoy? a.I also enjoy adventure mysteries like CSI, Law and Order, and the Agatha Christie games (not the HO ones). I like good hidden object games like the Dream Day series.
What was the most challenging level? a. For me, it was level 4.2. I felt like I needed both of the cocktail tables, the chimes, and Flo's speed upgrade to really succeed there, but I couldn't afford them all.
Apart from all of the glitches, how does WD3 rate compared to WD1 & 2? a.I like that "apart from the glitches" bit. I would rank it in the middle. It has better graphics, upgrades, and speed than the first one. It is not as visually appealing as the second WD besides being too simple by comparison. Which character from the previous versions do you wish they had not continued in this one? a. Well, Norbert and the twins were the only ones to make the leap, so I'll say Norbert since the twins aren't such hotheads this time. If they had made Norbert flirt with Rosy, I would have liked him a lot more.
In level 4.11 how did you satisfy all of the Brians? a. The Brians were easy to seat. It was getting all the flirts I could that took time. You have to hang onto your Zoes, Jason, and Billy, so they can get you all the bonuses with Brian, the bridemaids, and the mother of the bride. If you could add one feature from the previous 2 versions what would it be? a. I wanted Joe the photographer back at the weddings, but of course he wasn't there because Quinn was sneaking in work behind his back.
What was it like playing against a self proclaimed rock star and diva? a. Lady Gaga is a rock star in my eyes but thankfully does not have a diva attitude. Rj simply rocks at these games and was willing to help everyone along the way. I had a great time just trying to stay close. Maybe I can be part of his entourage.
What tips can you give us for getting a higher score in WD3? a.Rj says abuse the chimes and put out all the party favor envelopes you can. I'm pretty slow and impatient with that, but I try. I played around on different levels with tricks to get Rosy's dog to run off. I had the most luck quickly dropping her at a cocktail table then seating her and immediately taking her gift. Watch your line so you can get all the flirt bonuses whenever possible. I like to seat all the worthless (non-flirt) people early. For anyone who missed Rj's posts...Billy flirts with the mother of the bride. Work slowly at the end of a level (hold onto last cake if necessary) to catch the final disaster they throw at you.
I had a great time! Thanks again to everyone who cheered me on.
Congrats again JW on a fantastic game and an awesome challenge.
