I don't know if you can help me, but I've tried with playfirst and they can't. I purchased two games from their site directly with my playpass account. The first was Dream Day Wedding, last week, and the second was Wedding Dash 3, today.
I contacted support when I could not unlock DD...they suggested I try a few things like turn off firewalls, etc and delete and redownload the game, which I did. I still could not unlock using either the unlock key OR my user/password OR email/password. Playfirst said they had no problem with the unlock key and could not duplicate the scenario...they offered and refunded my money to my account.
Prior to this I was also unable to load two firstpeek games once they had downloaded and PF had no idea why.
Today I thought I'd try and get WD3, and now the same thing has happened.
I have been a member of playfirst for about three years and have never had a problem like this. Do you know if anyone else has had this problem or anything similar. I'm not a complete idiot...the info for the unlock is correct...could this be a problem with my account itself, like perhaps corrupted in some way.
I am hoping that PLEASE someone can help me...thank you...
Go into your Playfirst account and see if the downloads of the games are there. Go to your account/view my purchases and the game should be there for download.
The games ARE there for download along with the unlock keys...I have already tried uninstalling and then downloading from my account but Playfirst is still not recognizing either the unlock key or my username/password. The games download and install just fine but I can't play them because they won't unlock...on all the games I get the PF screen saying that trial has expired even though I haven't played the trial. This screen is where I have to try and unlock the game.
PF thinks it's firewalls and such, but I've tried turning off all of that, my spyware programs, all of it, and it has nothing to do with it.
Does this info help at all in seeing what my problem is? Thanks for trying to help. I appreciate it.
