We will be playing Turtle Odyssey for 14 days,
March 29-April 11th, 2009 at 11:59 pm

I miss the old challenges at PF.

I know we have some great gamers on our site!

Let's play!

This will be a competitive SCORE Challenge for a game gift. You are definitely welcome to and encouraged to post your level scores in this forum to let others know how it's going for you....or keep it secret and zap them at the deadline!! Mwhahahaha.
But you MUST post both your level scores and your FINAL score by the deadline.

Turtle Odyssey plays as an ACCUMULATED score, so be sure to write down your score as you go...it won't tell you your score if you click the level later on.... As Turtle Odyssey is not a PF game nor available at PF, you will have to search it out at Realore/BFG/Shockwave/RA, etc. Hey, a good way to use up some of your credits that are accumulating dust.

We are playing on the HONOR SYSTEM folks. I know we have a good group here and therefore, I will do a random drawing of the all players who post their accumulated level scores here by the deadline.

The RULES:

1. Read all rules.

2. You can start and play anytime during the Challenge date, but you MUST submit your final Score by 11:59 pm of the final deadline date.

3. Any questionable scores will be investigated to the best of our ability. Anyone deemed to be naughty/fraudulent will be booted on your butt without warning.

4. There are no minimum players needed on this challenge HOWEVER you must have a PF account with membership of a minimum of 1 year to enter this particular challenge. Why? Cuz we don't like frauds.

5. PF is NOT a sponsor of this Challenge nor do they have ANY involvement.

6. Any issues with your computer, your computer's security system, firewalls, etc. or PF's site that does not allow you to complete any of the above steps is not our issue. Sorry.

7. All decisions/judgements of the site admins are final. We will not be held responsible for any liability involved in our Challenge should you choose to disagree.

This game is really fun but too bad I cannot get past Level 4!! What happens if we die as in GAME OVER? We have to start all over again from Level 1, huh?

Yes, but I am learning very fast that re-play from the beginning, once you have lost all your lives, get VERY redundant. And how in the heck did you get 20 lives? I am lucky to get into level 4 with 2 lives. LOL

I don't get where you find the scores. And what is the bonus?

Then you should have option at bottom of screen after end of each level to play previous level or move to next level. You get a bonus round in between each level. Dont click Next Level so fast. Wait for the round to end, the score is in left upper corner and roulette wheel pops up and spins if you found any Stars during the level. There's usually 2 or 3 of them minimum.

I just replayed again, and I am on level 3.3 and I have 17 lives, and I blew a few others stupidly...duh.

mv, you don't suck at it. lol. Don't use your mouse. Use your arrow controls and the space bar. It's much more precise.

I cannot kill that danged guitarist! I had 25 lives going in and I've lost 4 already. What do you mean by twirl--how do I make Ozzy twirl?

Everytime I try to sneak up on that guitarist he turns around and sees me and smacks me with his guitar.

ignore the notes, jump up high as you can, use the levels if need be, and then jump up super high at top level, if you bounce on his head one time and keep up button, you will start to twirl, don't land, just keep jumping on his puny head 5 times.

Wait till 6.3 I just lost 9 lives there. I am replaying now, but I really want to kill myself instead. Too many critters attacking at one time, plus sliding on ice? Um, help.

Replay the level over and over till you get the bonus you want...although this gets repetitive and tiring and makes you curse on the harder levels.
