Deep within the Galapagos archipelago, drastic climate changes have adversely affected the majestic island of Isabela.
Join world renowned ecologist, Dr. Evan Finch to re-establish life in this once magnificent and flourishing retreat.
Embark on a wild puzzle adventure as you revive lush vegetation, restore a mighty animal kingdom and recover the secrets of a lost island in Paradise Quest.
Okay, I just played it for an hour. It's a Match 3 with the Galapagos as the background.
You are placed on a desolate island and requested to rebuild the environment in hopes that the animals will come back.
Each level transfers you around the island to different environments, such as the beach, desert, plains, etc.
You buy new trees, seaweed, etc with the points you earn from completing each level.
You can also search the logbook to complete puzzles of the environmental pictures, using tiles you cleared off the board, or snap photos of new species with the camera and fill up the book.
Once all the photos, puzzles, and environments are complete, you WIN!
Each level has a time bonus as well. And certain levels are lit by torches only...kinda like the flashlight levels in Diner Dash.
Overall, it was a good Match 3! Beautiful graphics. I played with sound off, unfortunately, so I cant tell you about that. I liked the mini puzzles in between.
As with all Match 3s, I always think they are best on a rainy day when there is nothing else to do but peacefully play Solitaire, Match 3 or Mahjong....
