just recently I suddenly had the idea of casual games turned into movies. At first it may sound ridiculous, but a lot of pc games have become movies recently, some of them awkward, some brilliant (in their genre).
My question is: Which casual game could turn out to be a good movie in your opinion and which actors/actresses could take the leading roles? Obviously, some games could never be a movie, but especially some HO's, adventure& time management games definitely offer the story, the characters and the setting which could make a good movie, dont you think so?

That's a cool idea. I think any of the last three MCFs would be great suspense/thriller movies. I don't know the names of any current actors so I'll leave that to someone else.
Ooooh, I forgot to add...um...Jane Seymore as Evangeline.... a la her character in Somewhere In Time. Long victorian gown, hair pulled up in bun....lots of leading men all over the world....George Clooney could be any of them (or all of them for that matter. lol!)
Hey, that's great, you mentioned exactly those three games (series) that I had in mind, too.
George Clooney might be a great choice, but if so there should be some contemporary political context implemented to get him in

I third the Dream Chronicles! Great idea for a movie! I am not really into the hollywood scene so I don't know actors names but just for the eye candy....Johnny Depp could play the male lead.
I would like to add Aveyond here, especially Aveyond 2. But only include the marriage of the main character, not of the other characters. Of course, the script needs a lot of adjustments, since if you just record the scenes in the same order as you experience them in the game, it might get boring.
And, yes, Dream Chronicles is a good one to do! I second that one as well.
(And who knows Skies of Arcadia Legends, on Nintendo Gamecube? That's also a candidate for a movie. It's about air pirates and adventures.)
Dream Chronicles would be a good idea. But there must be a lot of plot changed. And I love chocolatier too, especially the Victorian feels and '80s plot.
