After DinerTown loses in a staggering tug-of-war defeat to the Meatropolis Mashers, Jo the Jogger warns her team mates to keep fit. Seems the residents of DinerTown are just a little too devoted to their expertly-served burgers and shakes, though. Encouraged by Flo, Jo opens a series of gyms and vows to get DinerTown into shape for the next competition. You'll help Jo lead DinerTown to a tug-of-war victory at the Mount Olympus Gym!

Featured Fitness Dash Review
"What a fantastic game! This is the best workout ever! Jo from Dinertown is going to whip all of the town's residents into shape with your help to win against other rival towns in the big tug of war competition. From Treadmills to ab machines she has it all in her gyms. You will get to do cardio and strength training as well as stretching for good tone. What a clever game. The graphics are so well done and the game play is clever as always...."
Fitness Dash was fun but it didn't hold my attention like the rest of the Dash series. Normally I play a Dash game over and over to outdo my previous scores. Ummm, not so much with this game.
Can't really explain why. Seems like there was too much going on on the screen at one time. Did I just say "on on"?
I didn't really find it a challenge. Sometimes it got fast paced but I was still able to make expert even after losing customers. And even though I got expert in the tug of wars they were more of a frustration then fun.

I enjoyed it much more than Parking Dash. I've played it to death trying to improve my score and now I am bored with it. Dairy Dash is my all time favorite dash game and I wish PF would make a Dairy Dash 2!

how did you manage to get expert on tug of wars? it says that i have to delete all the boxes at once. how shall i do that? should i keep changing color until it is all in one color? or what?
i did it only on the first gym so far. you have to change the squares you have all to one color, but you have to be fast, because there are new columns coming.
so first get rid of all the squares you can, leave there only few and click fast to change all of them to one color. when you ve done that, click and they all will disappear at once.
I am on the last location havent gotten to the tug of war on that one yet the one before it was like crazy, my wrist was hurting doing all that clicking but i made it.
After having a chat with Mizzmm here last nite in the chatbox, I decided to try again for expert on the tug o' wars. I had given up in level 5 on getting my expert medal because I couldn't get expert on the 4th and 5th tug o' war so I thought, why bother? Thanks to my conversation with Mizzmm last nite I went back and re-read the tips in PF FD forum. It's all so logical, I'm embarrassed I didn't realize it sooner. lol. Read Mrspockman's tips and tried it and got expert on 4th and 5th tug o' wars on the very first try!!!!! I was soooooooooo excited. For those of you that haven't gotten expert yet, here's what you do. The tiles change colors as follows: yellow, red, blue, purple. When the game first starts get rid of some of the tiles on the right hand side. Get it down to only three or less columns vertically. Then choose 2 colors you want, and start changing the tiles to those colors with only one click on each tile. In other words, I changed all the yellow tiles to red and all the blue tiles to purple. If another column gets added on quickly change the yellow and blue ones only. Then once they're all changed and you have only red and purple tiles quickly click on them to disappear before another column is added on. Then you have your KNOCKOUT needed for expert goal.
Now I have to finish getting expert on the last 6 levels of the 5th gym. And I've gotten rusty at this game so it'll take some practice. But I really liked this game so I don't mind. Better than replaying Diaper Dash, lol!!
Sup! yes, sometimes I came in to play while resting between sets of exercises in the gym, as I remember now, I probably wouldnt have been able to pump up without https://worldhgh.best, the best human growth hormone
