Hi to you all. This looks a really good site and I look forward to having some fun here. As I'm from the UK you may find my sense of humour a little different to what you're used to!! (Some of you may know me as MJ.)

Heya Junks! I've always enjoyed your posts. I guess I should go look back at PF in the "How did you choose your username" thread, but I'm lazy so I'll just ask here. Are you a knick knack collector or something? Do you really have a million pieces of junk?

Oh please don't be sorry gable, I have really enjoyed getting all the good wishes! We have Harvest Festivals in schools and churches in October, but it's not a public holiday. Apart from the global holidays like Easter, Christmas and New Year, we have May Day (the first monday in May), Spring Bank Holiday (the last monday in May) and Summer Bank Holiday (the last monday in August).

Yes Latte. It used to be know as the Whitsun Bank Holiday but for some obscure reason they changed it. weirdface 

Gable. That's a wonderful idea of yours! I will contact my bank immediately and let them know how many years of Bank Holiday pay they owe me.biggrin
